We are based in Boston and specialise in Resin Driveways Lincolnshire and other resin surfaces including both patios and pathways. We offer our driveway laying services throughout Lincolnshire and the surrounding area including Lincoln and Peterborough. At LCS we don’t subcontract any of our work, it’s all undertaken by our own staff. We are trained in resin bound surfacing and understand that any work undertaken can be a big decision so we offer to do the job to a high standard, with many years’ experience helping customers design and create there perfect driveway / patio hassle free.

Our team are always working to the highest standard and take every measure to ensure a quick installation that you can trust to last.

Our resin surfaces are completely permeable. Water drains through the finished surface therefore no planning permission is required. It is also resistant to frost and heat with no maintenance.

Great job by LCS. Professional service. The guys doing the work were top of their game, considerate and helpful. Couldn't ask for more, started on time and finished on time, no hidden costs. Top UV product used and a deep base to support it. They took all the old concerete and paving away. Its fully permiable (so no more puddles). It was also cheaper than what I had been costed for a standard slab drive with drainage. All in all a better product, better looking, & water will drain straight through so no need for ugly drainage and the need to keep the drain clear of leaves and mud to work. Could not reccomend these guys enough. Very professional in everything they did from quote to job completion. Always turned up when they said they would and worked extremely hard every day from start to finish. These lads know exactly what they are doing and it shows in their work. LCS Lincs have done a wonderful job of my drive way which Mark and all the guys worked hard great attention to detail, very helpful during the works, with considering the size of the works there was little disruption.  Great work highly recommended. After much research and looking at other companies for a quote the difference in the build was much more detailed than others, which after many discussions with Mark and manufactures of resin for the driveways, there was a complete difference in standard and end product is absolutely great. Would definitely recommend this company The crew at LCS Lincs have just completed a new patio for us which involved hand digging out a large area of existing slabs and preparing the ground, and laying a resin surface in its place. We can't praise them highly enough.  The crew were punctual, polite and the work was undertaken efficiently, everything was left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day.  A thorough clean of all areas was done after the work was completed. Right from the initial conversations with Mark, we were kept well informed of the schedule and each step of the process was explained fully.  They even continued to work during Storm Claudia to lay the tarmac base.  We thought that the final resin layer might have been delayed due to the weather conditions but this was then completed on a Sunday because the humidity was acceptable for the process. The builder came a couple of days later to recap the pond, the new resin surface was covered with sheeting to ensure nothing got on it during this process, and Nick came back to spread the gravel around it the next day and clear any last bits of rubbish. Everything went like clockwork and we could not be happier with the results.

Mark and his team have been excellent from start to finish. From initial chat with Mark, we were guided through the process and readily given advice about what would work best for our driveway and paths. All the men were polite, helpful and hard-working and took great pride in their work.
