Contract, payment terms, and guarantee

Ensuring clarity and peace of mind

Our services are always backed by a contract, which is created once the deposit is received. All balance payment terms are strictly 24 hours from date of invoice. The invoice will be issued on completion and clients must sign a quotation and print their name on it. If a customer chooses a resin bound finish, they must confirm their choice using a code on the rear of the sample. We guarantee prices for three months from the date of the quote.
